Job summary

The Ross Group Construction Corporation is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to help drive complex federal construction projects in Tulsa, OK. You will coordinate mobilization, submittals, procurement, RFIs, and field operations, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget alignment while interfacing with owners, government representatives, and subcontractors.

You should have 3–5 years in construction management, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and the ability to obtain CQM certification.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Three to five years' experience in construction management.
  • Experience in federal or heavy industrial construction preferred.
  • Ability to obtain Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors certification.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours (avg 50 hours/week).

Responsibilities

  • Assist project management with site setup, permits, and base access.
  • Coordinate submittals, procurement, and change orders.
  • Manage RFIs and coordination with specialized equipment integrators.
  • Support field operations, quality control, and environmental constraints.
  • Prepare weekly cost reports and project closeout documents.
