Job summary

Cowen Construction Oklahoma is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support multi-location Oklahoma projects. You will work with the Building Team to coordinate communication among clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal staff, ensuring quality, schedule, safety, and budget alignment.

Qualifications

• Solid communication skills are required.
• Results-driven with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with construction management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with Building Team to communicate with clients, architects, engineers, design partners, subcontractors, trades, and internal staff.
• Assists Project Manager with coordination of commercial projects ensuring quality, schedule, safety, and budget control.
• Coordinates and reviews shop drawings and submittals.
• Interfaces with Architect’s Representative on shop drawings and submittals.
• Establishes delivery dates for long lead time items and expedites material orders.
• Creates Operation and Maintenance Manuals for equipment for turnover to Owner and reviews as-built drawings.
• Manages multiple projects at various locations concurrently as applicable.
• Addresses client concerns and escalations professionally and sets expectations.
