Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with construction management software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Assist Project Manager with schedule, budget, and safety.
• Review shop drawings and submittals.
• Interface with Architect’s Representative on submittals.
• Establish and follow delivery dates for long lead‑time items and expedite material orders.
• Create operation and maintenance manuals and review as‑built drawings.
• Manage multiple projects at varying locations.
• Assist estimating during bidding and project handoffs.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and problem‑solving.

We are looking for a proactive, take‑charge building professional who takes pride in delivering excellence.

Core Responsibilities

• Work with the assigned Building Team in communicating at the highest level with clients, architects, engineers, design partners, subcontractors, trades, and internal staff.
• Assist Project Manager with coordination of commercial projects, ensuring non‑compromised quality, schedule management, safety, and budget control.
• Coordinate and review shop drawings and submittals.
• Interface with the Architect’s Representative on shop drawings and submittals.
• Establish and follow up on delivery dates for long lead‑time items and expedite material orders.
• Responsible for creating Operation and Maintenance Manuals for equipment to be turned over to the Owner at project end and for reviewing as‑built drawings.
• Manage multiple projects at various locations concurrently, as applicable.
• Manage client expectations and professionally address concerns or issue escalation.
• Assist estimating department in the bidding process and accept handoff of awarded projects.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, organization, and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other documents.
• Work with others as a team player.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
