Armstrong Group in Massillon, OH, is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage construction and system expansion projects, support engineering activities, and ensure efficient scheduling and communication across departments.

You will coordinate fieldwork with Operations, Plant Maintenance, homebuilders, and contractors, maintain project records, and ensure timely updates while delivering strong customer service.

• Good computer skills with spreadsheet/database software.
• Detail oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction and system expansion projects across departments.
• Support engineering activities and scheduling efforts.
• Maintain construction data and project records.
• Submit engineer jobs to drafting and coordinate site visits.
• Coordinate fieldwork with Operations, Plant Maintenance, homebuilders, and contractors.
• Schedule workload for maintenance crews and QC construction/maintenance jobs.
• Maintain pole database including permit applications and recaps.
• Handle customer issues related to serviceability, construction, maintenance, and drop bury activities.
