Qualifications

• College degree with coursework in a technical area.
• 2 years construction industry experience in an administrative role.
• Experience responding to customer and/or vendor concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain document control in Box and Comsense.
• Assist Estimating & Detailing teams with initial plan review and data entry into Comsense, RFQ generation, and quote entry.
• Help procure submittal requirements and coordinate manufacturer supplied submittals.
• Assist with shop drawings and procure manufacturer supplied drawings as needed.
• Track submittal deliverable dates and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain project To-Do lists and report progress to the manager.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to procure, expedite, and track materials and backorders.
• Support procurement and delivery of project closeout documents, O&Ms, warranties.
