Black & Veatch Family of Companies on-site project coordinator role involves managing Construction Work Packages (CWPs) and Installation Work Packages (IWPs) for complex projects. You will coordinate with Discipline Supervisors, prepare material takeoffs, and track progress to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Typically 6+ years construction or construction management experience in similar facility construction.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, scheduling, engineering drawings and other documents.
• Ability to set-up and perform project controls functions on smaller, less complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, issue, and track CWPs and IWPs for complex projects.
• Produce IWPs with buy-in from key discipline leads.
• Coordinate with discipline superintendents and foremen for field readiness.
• Verify engineered quantities and coordinate craft curves and project controls.
• Maintain daily site logs and monitor look-ahead schedules.
• Assist in reviewing and approving craft timesheets and charge codes.
• Support safety culture and documentation flow.
