Black & Veatch is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to provide project management support, including project execution and pursuit development for water utilities and state and local government projects. The Project Coordinator will assist project managers from project development through project completion.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Science, or related field; 2+ years relevant experience.
• 2+ years relevant experience as project coordinator or similar role.
• Experience with project management, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
• Experience with proposal development and project execution.
• Organizational skills, time management, and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with preparing staffing plans for project pursuits and existing projects.
• Prepare updates to client relationship management tools.
• Assist with development of scopes of services and fees.
• Assist with developing project management plans.
• Assist with review and submittal of project invoices.
• Assist with accounts receivable and collections.
