Job summary

CTL Engineering in New Albany, OH, is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to provide administrative, technical, and project support to Project Managers and Construction Administrators, ensuring successful planning, execution, and closeout of construction projects.

The role coordinates project documentation, scheduling, contract administration, and stakeholder communications while tracking budgets, milestones, submittals, RFIs, and pay applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction/related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of construction/project administration experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; PM software experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers from initiation through closeout.
• Coordinate communications among owners, contractors, consultants, utility companies and regulators.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and project correspondence.
• Track schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders and pay applications.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Assist with document control and project closeout activities.
