Job summary

Morin Bristol in Bristol, CT is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support commercial construction projects from order entry through production. You will review specifications, enter orders, validate BOMs, and serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include coordinating with RSM and Technical teams, updating quotes, and ensuring documents are accurate for production.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree; 1-3 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, customer service or project coordination.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred experience: construction products or commercial building materials.
• ERP systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Work with Regional Sales Managers to exceed customer expectations.
• Review contract specifications, quotes, purchase orders, trims/profile drawings, and other project documents to understand customer requirements.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in all communications to create strong internal and customer rapport.
• Work with the Technical Department to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Schedule project meetings with RSM and Technical team for complex projects.
• Update quotes and create new quotes to support RSM during PTO.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and other departments as necessary.
• Enter order details in SAP and Salesforce; maintain project information and documentation.
• Ensure all documents are accurate for production and prepare Production Paperwork as needed.
• Identify information for Procurement; expedite when necessary.
• Coordinate with all departments and customers throughout the project lifecycle; meet or exceed expectations.
• Record customer complaints/claims and work to improve the customer experience.
• Identify packaging and shipping requirements.
