Job summary

Karber Corporation is seeking a Project Coordinator in Phoenix to support construction project execution. You will manage schedules, coordinate activities, and maintain essential project documentation to keep projects on time and within budget.

The role requires a construction coordination background, strong organization, and proficiency in PM tools. Expect collaboration with PMs, field teams, and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and schedules with field teams and management.
• Maintain and organize all project documentation, including change orders and logs.
• Liaise with Field Team, PM, and General Contractor’s Team as appropriate.
• Track RFIs, submittals, and LEED information; ensure timely responses.
• Assist in issuing Change Orders and maintaining related templates and logs.
• Provide general admin support to Project Managers and Estimating team.
