Responsibilities

• Assist all Superintendents to proactively identify and solve problems to minimize risk.
• Assist with coordination of work between subcontractors and material suppliers.
• Assist with timely project procurement through scheduling and expediting material deliveries.
• Support the Project Manager/Office staff with field activities and communication of job status.
• Notify Architects/Engineers of required inspections.
• Assist with scheduling and participating in inspections by authorities.
• Coordinate third-party on-site testing and temporary facilities.
