Job summary

You will manage contracts on diverse commercial and industrial projects, prepare reports, subcontracts, purchase orders, and handle changes through Viewpoint Vista and Textura Oracle. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential; associates degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred, with strong MS Office skills.
• 4+ years of contract administration experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with Viewpoint Vista and Textura Oracle.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project documentation from start to finish under PMs.
• Prepare reports and analyze project performance.
• Generate subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Coordinate draws, lien waivers, and pay applications.
• Distribute submittals, RFIs, drawings, and daily reports.
