Qualifications

• One year of project coordination experience.
• Construction accounting experience preferred.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Experience with lien waivers, preliminary notices, project billing, retention, and change order management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Strong organization skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate records for multiple jobs.
• Prepare project billings and purchase orders; pursue prompt payments.
• Maintain positive relationships with contractors and vendors.
• Code costs accurately and report to project managers and controller.
• File preliminary notices with the State Construction Registry; manage lien waivers.
• Greet visitors and support Project Managers, Controller, and CFO.
• Assist in accounting tasks and project coordination.
• Maintain confidentiality and dependability; support a positive team environment.
