Job summary

Hunt Electric, Inc. in Salt Lake City is seeking an Electrical Construction Project Scheduler to join our team.

You will manage the project schedule and collaborate with Superintendents, Project Managers, Subcontractors, and vendors to ensure milestones are met. This full-time role requires travel to onsite locations and strong proficiency with scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera P6, and Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred.
• 2+ years in construction scheduling or project coordination.
• Proficiency with scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore).
• Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology.
• PMP or related certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall project schedule.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Foremen, PMs, Subcontractors and vendors.
• Monitor progress and identify delays impacting the schedule.
• Clearly communicate and document changes with the project team.
• Update timelines due to scope changes or site conditions.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules and capacity overview.
• Support a positive team environment.
• Travel to onsite locations as required.
