Hunt Electric, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Construction Project Scheduler to join our Salt Lake City office. You will manage the project schedule and Capacity Overview, coordinating with Superintendents, Project Managers, and subcontractors to keep milestones on track.

This full-time role requires travel to onsite locations and offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction scheduling or project coordination.
• Proficiency in scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore).
• Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and communicate clearly.
• Certifications: PMP or related (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall project schedule.
• Coordinate with field teams to meet milestones.
• Monitor progress and identify potential delays.
• Communicate schedule changes to the project team.
• Update timelines due to scope changes or events.
• Document delays and report progress to management.
• Maintain records of schedules and capacity overview.
• Travel to onsite locations as required.
• Support a positive team environment.
