Job summary

Hunt Electric, Inc. seeks an Electrical Construction Project Scheduler to manage and coordinate the project schedule from our Salt Lake City office. Travel to onsite locations is required to keep milestones on track.

Responsibilities include updating the master schedule, coordinating with superintendents, foremen, PMs, subcontractors, and vendors, and reporting progress to leadership. A PMP or related certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years in construction scheduling or project coordination.
• Proficiency in scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore).
• Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall project schedule.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Foremen, PMs, Subcontractors and vendors to meet milestones.
• Monitor progress and identify delays or issues affecting the schedule.
• Communicate changes clearly with the Project Team and stakeholders.
• Update timelines due to scope changes or unforeseen events.
