Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field in CM/CE/ME/Arch or related certificate.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret construction plans and drawings.
• Solid computer skills with MS Office (Outlook, Project, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Secure and allocate resources needed for project success (permits, licenses, materials, equipment).
• Plan and execute inspections, assess compliance and quality, mitigate risks.
• Budget, estimate costs, buy-out contracts, evaluate scope and manage change orders.
• Collaborate with project leadership to monitor and report on compliance, quality, and productivity.
• Manage relationships with internal and external parties to determine specs and resolve conflicts.
