Job summary

Jet Industries is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support field operations on diverse construction projects. You will help manage documentation, procurement, and site logistics while coordinating with trades and ensuring safety compliance.

This role supports the Project Manager and helps keep projects on schedule. The ideal candidate has basic English proficiency and knowledge of essential construction tools like Bluebeam Revu, Procore, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of Assistant Project Management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of requested construction and project management tools.
• Basic proficiency in English required for safety and on-site communication.

Responsibilities

• Assists Project Manager with project documentation: RFIs, change orders, submittals, permits, logs, and manuals.
• Ensures field personnel have tools, materials, and documentation to complete the project.
• Works with purchasing to procure equipment and materials per the project schedule.
• Tracks material deliveries and coordinates site logistics (conduits, water, equipment, safety, access, parking).
• Assists in reviewing and pricing changes per contract documents and timelines.
• Ensures safety and environmental policies are followed by all personnel.
• Coordinates constructability and compatibility with other trades and systems.
