Qualifications

• Two years of Assistant Project Management experience preferred.
• Basic English proficiency for safety and on-site communication.
• Entry-level construction knowledge and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assists Project Manager with project documentation (RFIs, change orders, submittals, manuals, permits, logs).
• Ensures field personnel have tools, materials, and documentation to complete the project.
• Works with purchasing for equipment/materials per project schedule.
• Tracks material deliveries and coordinates site logistics (conxes, water, heavy equipment, safety, access, parking).
• Reviews and prices project documents for changes per contract documents and timelines.
• Ensures safety and environmental policies are followed by project personnel.
• Coordinated constructability and compatibility with other trades and building systems.
