We are seeking a Construction Coordinator to support the Project Management lifecycle with administrative duties, project logs, daily production tracking, data reporting, and collaboration with the project team

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of administrative experience.
• 0-1+ years of project management support experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage project tasks, schedules, RAIDs, status reports, and inventory reporting.
• Support kick-off meetings and identify milestones with guidance from the Project Team.
• Develop project schedules and deliverables aligned with contract requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate customer status updates and attend weekly meetings.
• Track subcontractor hours and assist invoice reconciliation.
• Collaborate to prepare change orders.
