Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee day-to-day planning, execution, and completion of projects nationwide. You will ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence while maintaining high quality and strong leadership.

The role requires managing large-scale construction with an ALL IN mindset and a proven track record in field leadership. Expect collaboration with project teams and subcontractors to drive results and KPI performance.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of technical field experience required.
  • 2+ years of field leadership experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel nationwide required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site inspections of construction activities to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
  • Identify defects, deviations, or non-conforming work and report findings to project managers or quality leads.
  • Document inspection results, maintain logs, and provide detailed reports for management and client review.
  • Collaborate with project teams to implement corrective actions and verify their effectiveness.
  • Monitor adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance during inspections.
  • Work with vendors and subcontractors to address quality concerns and reinforce standards.
  • Oversee daily construction activities and coordinate field teams and subcontractors.
  • Ensure work is executed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust resources to meet schedule demands.
  • Coordinate with project management, quality, and material teams to ensure alignment.
  • Identify and resolve field issues impacting schedule, cost, and/or quality.
  • Ensure proper execution of installation activities across multiple project sites.
  • Serves as a leader of a team and/or department, responsible for people management, production, performance, quality, training, etc.
  • Drives team KPI’s to contribute to the overall department and team scorecard success.
  • Upholds ADB’s safety culture, leads by example, and drives a philosophy of ZERO throughout the entire organization.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

ADB is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the day-to-day planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. This role ensures that all construction activities are performed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects, with a strong work ethic and an ALL IN mindset to drive results.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure work is executed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project requirements

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions including climbing, sitting, standing, walking, and driving
  • Regular exposure to all weather conditions, especially hot, humid and/or rainy spring, summer, and fall weather combined with regular work time indoors in environmentally controlled conditions
  • May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinated
  • When working on site, will be required to wear common PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hart hat, and safety-toed boots
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
  • 3-5+ years of technical field experience required
  • 2+ years of field leadership experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel nationwide is required

This position pays between $70,000 and $145,000 base and is based on the candidate's skillset and experience.
