Qualifications

• 2+ years of basic accounting and/or invoicing experience required.
• Previous experience as a Project Coordinator in construction is desirable.
• Familiarity with OCIP and CCIP management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and proofreading.
• Verify subcontractor contracts and monitor expiration dates.
• Manage and distribute contract status reports.
