Job summary

Align Builders, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator/Accountant to support project teams with administrative and financial tasks. You will manage subcontractor agreements, insurance compliance, billings, and month-end audits, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires experience in Sage Intacct, Procore, and LCPTracker, plus strong Excel skills. You will maintain project files, monitor receivables, and assist with payroll reporting while upholding compliance across federal, state,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of accounting experience in commercial construction.
• Proficiency with Sage Intacct and project management tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative and financial functions for projects, including subcontractor agreements, insurance compliance, and monthly billings.
• Maintain project management framework using Procore and Sage Intacct.
• Monitor accounts receivable and assist with owner/subcontractor billings.
• Review and approve timecards weekly.
• Maintain project file integrity with all required documents.
