Qualifications

You are a great match for this role if you:

  • Have 2+ years of experience working in the construction industry in customer service, project coordination, installation, or other business/operations roles
  • Are a self-motivated and goal-driven individual
  • Thrive in a team-oriented environment committed to accomplishing goals and total customer satisfaction
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Enjoy working independently, are proactive and organized, and find satisfaction in seeing products through to completion
  • Proficiently utilize computers, smart devices, and various software including Microsoft Office
  • Have familiarity with construction applications including windows and doors
Responsibilities

Your day-to-day may include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for both internal and external teams and customers
  • Processing and placing orders from the sales team
  • Coordinating with vendors and manufacturers to purchase products
  • Tracking key order dates and activities
  • Scheduling project completion/installation, value-add services, and pre-finishing processes
  • Coordinating deliveries and post-installation customer payments
  • Managing recoveries for shortages, damages, and repairs
  • Ordering parts and scheduling service appointments
  • Processing factory credits and following up on pending and/or denied claims
  • Supporting independent contractors in the field
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
