Position Description:

Our Project Coordinators have a unique opportunity to employ their technical experience by collaborating with healthcare professionals and leading technical initiatives in medical device technology. This team supports scheduling needs for field service personnel performing remediation efforts in various healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead, facilitate, coordinate, and track day-to-day activities required to ensure the project is completed on time, successfully, and in a manner consistent with organizational goals.
2. Create and use project plans for assigned projects, including clear milestones and assignment of project tasks.
3. Manage the scope of the project, including customer priorities.
4. Proactively identify risks to project success and develop effective action plans for resolution.
5. Manage or escalate project issues or risks appropriately.
6. Manage customer expectations regarding products and services.
7. Utilize governance tools (scope documents, project status reports, risk and change logs, tollgates, etc.) to effectively manage all projects.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous project management, customer service, or dispatch experience required.
• Experience supporting healthcare IT software/hardware solutions is preferred.
• Solid understanding of corporate and service department procedures, including customer complaint handling and Medical Device Reporting.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, escalating issues to leadership as needed.
• Ability to work within defined processes and methodologies with minimal supervision.

• Technical experience is a plus; experience with MS Office is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

The potential base pay range for this role is $27.00 - $29.00 per hour. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications, location, schedule, and other factors. Incentives, bonuses, and benefits may also be offered.
