Responsibilities

• Supports the Project Manager in planning, execution, administration, and financial oversight of assigned projects.
• Coordinates with foremen, subcontractors, and clients to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Tracks costs and manages cost control data; reviews invoices and progress against budget.
• Directs subcontractors, schedules, and updates to meet project specifications and safety standards.
• Documents project progress with photos and maintains archives of milestones.
