• BS degree in Construction Technology or related field.
• Experience with scheduling software is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and documentation.
• Ability to travel and work extra hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager as liaison between architect, owner, and field personnel.
• Support planning and management of timesheets, invoices, contracts, and change orders.
• Interpret drawings and specifications with the superintendent.
• Procure building permits and resolve bidding questions.
• Provide administrative support: filing, submittals, RFIs, and correspondence.
• Coordinate bid packages, quotes, and project billings (draws).
• Maintain project files, logs, and schedules; attend project meetings.
• Mentor and develop Project Engineers; ensure safety compliance.
