Job summary

Pattillo Construction Corporation is seeking a capable coordinator to assist the Project Manager in managing all administrative and technical requirements for construction projects.

You will assist with contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and project financials setup and updates, ensuring quality, profitability, safety, and timely delivery. Collaboration with suppliers and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; 4–7 years in leadership on projects preferred.
• 1–2 years in preconstruction preferred.
• Proficient with PC and Microsoft tools; familiarity with Bluebeam and OnScreen Takeoff.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in managing all administrative and technical requirements for construction projects.
• Assist in contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financial setup and scheduling.
• Support in preconstruction services: costs, schedules, budgets, and bid packages.
• Comply with owner contracts (bonds, fees, notices, schedules, costs).
• Define responsibilities for processing submittals and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Participate in safety, risk management, and quality control programs.
