The position suits someone who enjoys permitting, agency coordination, logistics, compliance, and detailed project administration. It is not a design-engineering or field-engineering role, although occasional site visits and regular coordination with field teams will be required.
At least one year of professional construction experience is required. Experience in heavy civil, excavation, demolition, utilities, sitework, hauling, permitting, municipal coordination, logistics, safety documentation, or construction administration is preferred.
Candidates must be organized, communicate professionally with field and office teams, and be comfortable building a long-term career in office-based project coordination. The role is on-site five days per week in McKinley Park.

Base salary of $90,000-$110,000, depending on experience, plus annual bonus opportunity, healthcare, 401(k), paid time off, company phone, and potential vehicle or vehicle allowance depending on role requirements.
