Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Manager, Project Coordination, NA to lead a team of Project Coordinators for construction projects across North America. The role partners with Construction Managers, Project Managers, and Directors to ensure efficient execution and alignment with Vantage standards.

The position requires a highly organized, collaborative leader with experience in large-scale data center projects and a focus on process improvement, governance, and operation excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of project coordination, project controls, construction administration, or project management experience.
• 2+ years of people leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience supporting large-scale construction, infrastructure, mission critical, or data center projects preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with reporting tools, project management software, and document management systems.
• Travel required is up to 5% but may increase over time as the business evolves.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Coordinators across multiple regions and projects.
• Oversee scheduling and organization of project meetings, project documentation, action item tracking, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee project reporting, dashboards, risk registers, schedule tracking, and project metrics.
• Provide oversight of contract administration and purchase order processes across the Project Coordinator team.
• Establish and maintain document control standards and compliance processes.
• Act as a liaison between project teams, construction leadership, finance, procurement, and other key stakeholders.
