Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Ability to travel nationwide to designated job sites.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with a safe driving history.
• Competency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Management on day-to-day tasks and provide support with project documentation.
• Oversee project documentation and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Assist with reports, timecard entry, inspection documents, material delivery/inventory, and closeout documents.
• Prepare and coordinate reports, trackers, and deliverables.
• Assist on site with field personnel and project coordination.
• Attend tailgate meetings to discuss hazards, schedules, and best practices.
• Support preconstruction preparation and coordination.
• Coordinate with project teams and site leadership for daily execution.

Education

Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field
