Qualifications

• Experience training, coaching, mentoring, or developing others in a professional setting.
• Strong working knowledge of project financials, including budgets, forecasting, cost reporting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to learn and teach new platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and coach project personnel on processes and systems.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training with hands-on instruction and follow-up.
• Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Teach project financials, including budget development, forecasting, and month-end close.
• Analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop project control plans for schedule, budget, and forecast.
• Lead creation and rollout of project reporting tools and processes.
