Job summary

Hargrove & Associates Inc. in Angleton, TX is seeking a Project Control Specialist responsible for planning and scheduling heavy industrial engineering projects, monitoring costs, and estimating activities under close supervision.

You will develop schedules for contract packages, monitor changes, assist in change hearings, and maintain cost reporting systems while ensuring safety and schedule alignment.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and analysis for contract packages to forecast construction activities.
• Monitor and update schedules through meetings, construction coordination interviews and field verification.
• Monitor and maintain the change notice/change order management system.
• Develop estimates for construction projects including change notices.
• Develop and maintain the cost system including reconciling commitments, change orders, contractor invoices and producing cost reports.
