Qualifications

• BA/BS Engineering/Construction Management or similar curriculum with 12 years of project controls experience and 4 years of leadership.
• Extensive experience in aviation construction projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, EcoSys, SAP and EVM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of project controls processes, including cost management, scheduling, risk management, and change management.
• Oversee the preparation and management of project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, baseline and progress updates, critical path analysis, and time impact analysis.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including correspondence, drawings, and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve project risks and issues.
• Manage contractor submittals, RFIs, and change orders, ensuring compliance with project requirements and timelines.
• Conduct regular reviews, ensuring completeness, compliance, and constructability.
• Participate in quality assurance and quality control processes, ensuring adherence to project standards and specifications.
• Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives, ensuring effective communication and coordination with all project participants, including airport authorities, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the project controls team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
