You will learn to validate timecards, code production tickets, and audit financial documents to ensure accurate project billing. A fast-paced environment requires attention to detail and collaboration across office and field staff.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in an office environment or construction related field preferred.
• High mathematical aptitude required with high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong computer skills with experience working with Excel and Microsoft Office, with the ability to adapt to various computer programs through training.
• Strong communications skills (verbal and written) with the ability to take directives from a variety of people and departments.

Responsibilities

• Support construction management with daily administrative operations.
• Code production tickets and audit financial documents before billing.
• Validate daily field timecards and track production data.
• Establish strong professional relationships with office and field personnel.
