• Process AIA billing and support project-based invoicing.
• Manage vendor payments, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Maintain payroll records and support payroll-related accounting needs.
• Prepare project cost reporting and track job-related financials.
• Generate financial reports and support month-end accounting activities.
• Assist with audits and support tax filing documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and accuracy.
