• Understanding of construction contracts (CM as Agent, GMP, Lump Sum, Cost Plus).
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proactive communication with management, project team, and subcontractors.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.

Aufgaben

• Monitor project progress and process subcontractor AIAs with accuracy.
• Attend pencil meetings with Owner and Architect for pay applications per contract terms.
• Coordinate subcontractor invoices and payments.
• Review and process Accounts Payable for General Conditions and General Requirements.
• Review and interpret client contracts, payment terms, insurance, bonds, contingencies and waivers.
• Generate billings and ERP system billings with full backup (labor, general conditions, materials, etc.).
• Review and process Accounts Receivable and respond to inquiries.
• Assist in cash flow monitoring and communication with PM/PX on receivables.
• Assist with cashflow forecast and project forecasts for Finance.
• Analyze projects and generate job costing reports for project teams.
• Review subcontractors’ statements and reconcile variances.
