Qualifications

• Excellent communication and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and maintaining project accounting files.
• Assist in preparing billing documents and submitting for processing.
• Manage project accounts payable and receivable and coordinate with subcontractors on invoices.
• Enter subcontractor contracts and change orders; support in audits and journal entries.
