Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter progress billings and pay applications on schedule.
• Reconcile billed amounts against contracts and track retention.
• Maintain AR aging and follow up on past-due invoices.
• Manage lien waivers for vendors and clients in compliance with Arizona law.
• Escalate at-risk accounts and support project managers.
• Assist in improving billing processes.
