Job summary

Consigli Construction 1 in Boston is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Senior Project Manager and/or Project Manager on all aspects of a project. The APM will focus on document control (RFIs, submittals, material delivery), subcontractor coordination and communication with design teams and owners.

The role also involves coordinating with the Project Scheduler, contributing to cost/change management, assisting in estimates/bid proposals, and guiding the Project Engineer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or architecture preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction project management.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA-30 preferred.
• Proficient in cost management software (Timberline/Sage), scheduling software (Primavera P6) and construction management software (Procore).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a main point of contact for Owners, OPMs and Design Teams.
• Coordinate and provide input during weekly meetings with subcontractors, design teams, and owner representatives.
• Support project cost and change management: prepare reports and present at meetings.
• Assist in development of estimates and bid proposals for lump sum and GMP projects.
• Oversee/Manage Project Engineer responsibilities including document control, RFIs, submittals, material delivery, and meeting minutes.
• Mentor and train project engineers and supporting team members.
