Insight Global is seeking a Project Analyst/Construction Project Coordinator in Santa Barbara, CA for Higher Education capital improvements. This 12-month contract with extension or conversion runs Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with pay of $33–$38/hr based on experience.

You will support major capital projects over $750k, develop planning and bid documents, ensure contract compliance, monitor construction activity, and coordinate with Design Professionals, Contractors, and internal Facilities teams.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting capital projects.
• Familiar with construction contracts and UC policies.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across departments.

• Assist Project Managers with capital projects over $750k.
• Develop and review project documents for planning, bidding, and construction phases.
• Monitor compliance with contract documents and schedules; coordinate RFIs and Change Orders.
• Lead portions of meetings and coordinate in-house work with Facilities Management teams.
