Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support commercial building projects from planning through completion. You will work closely with subcontractors and internal teams, with daily site presence and travel across multiple projects, and a clear path to advancement to Project Manager.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities, tracking schedules, managing RFIs/submittals, and maintaining thorough documentation to ensure progress and budget control.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience with cost estimating and budget control.
• Proficiency with Procore software for project management.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
• Experience in managing RFIs and submittals.
• Knowledge of common construction documentation practices.
