Job summary

The Boldt Company is seeking a Construction Project Administrator to support multiple Indiana operations. This role partners with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams to keep complex industrial projects organized, on budget, and on schedule.

The position covers construction administration, project accounting, payroll, billing, and document control, with emphasis on procurement, cost reporting, and timely problem solving.

Qualifications

• Requires associate degree and construction accounting experience or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of standard accounting procedures and contract terms.
• Must be organized, collaborative, and able to support fast-paced projects.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams, field leaders, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects on track.
• Manage procurement, document control, cost reporting, and equipment management.
• Assist with safety, quality initiatives and ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents to resolve issues early.
