Martin-Harris Construction LLC is seeking a Project Administrator to support successful delivery of construction projects. You will work closely with Project Managers and project teams to keep projects organized, on track, and running efficiently from start to finish.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys teamwork, and takes pride in staying organized and dependable.

Qualifications

• Experience with Procore and Timberline; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with P-6 scheduling software.
• Willing to learn MHC procedures and be a member of the overall team.
• Self-starter who is well organized and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Works with Project Manager, Owners, Architects, Government Agencies, Subcontractors and others on assigned projects.
• Handles all incoming calls and typing, mailing, and filing of all correspondence.
• Maintains knowledge of subs and distribution to subcontractors (submittals, RFIs, RFPs, CORs, NOCs, CDs).
• Starts up, tracks progress, and closes out projects.
• Provides weekly updates and distribution of cost and labor unit reports.
• Obtains required permits for each project.
• Compiles and distributes monthly owner billings.
• Prepares and enters subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders in Timberline and Procore.
• Maintains project correspondence, meeting minutes, and drawing logs in Procore.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
