Job summary

Martin-Harris Construction LLC in Golden, Colorado, seeks a Project Administrator to support project delivery under Project Managers. You will keep files, coordinate submittals, and track correspondence and permits on active construction projects.

Ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to work on site with strong knowledge of Procore, Timberline, and scheduling tools. They must be a team player who can meet deadlines and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Experience using Procore and Timberline; familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of P-6 scheduling software or similar is preferred.
• Willing to learn MHC procedures and be a team member.

Responsibilities

• Works with Project Manager, Owners, Architects, and subcontractors on assigned projects.
• Manages incoming calls, typing, mailing, and filing of all correspondence.
• Maintains project submittals, RFIs, RFPs, CORs, NOCs, and CDs, and tracks progress.
