Job summary

Martin-Harris Construction is seeking a Project Administrator to support the delivery of construction projects. You will work closely with Project Managers and project teams to keep documentation, schedules, and communications organized from start to finish.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and takes pride in accuracy and timely reporting. Onsite work is expected on active projects with growth opportunities within a trusted builder in the Southwest.

Qualifications

• Experience in Procore and Timberline, plus Word, Excel, and P-6 scheduling software.
• Willing to learn MHC procedures and be a member of the overall MHC team.
• Willing to work as a team member to assist the team in critical deadlines and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Works professionally with the Project Manager, Owners, Architects, Government Agencies, Subcontractors, and others involved in assigned projects
• Handles all incoming phone calls and typing, mailing, and filing of all incoming/outgoing correspondence
• Maintains general knowledge of and distribution proficiency to subcontractors, including but not limited to submittals, RFIs, RFPs, CORs, NOCs, and CDs
• Completes all requirements necessary to start up, track progress, and close out projects
• Provides weekly updates and distribution of cost and labor unit reports
• Obtains required permits for each project
• Compiles and distributes monthly owner billings
• Prepares and enters subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders in Timberline and Procore and ensures proper distribution to subcontractors
• Maintains updates of project correspondence, meeting minutes, and drawing logs in Procore
• Performs other duties as assigned
