Qualifications
1–3 years of construction industry experience preferred.
Experience in electrical or healthcare construction is a plus.
Estimating experience is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Responsibilities
Support Project Managers with project setup and documentation.
Maintain project files, submittals, RFIs, and as-built documentation.
Coordinate communication between project managers and field teams.
Assist with permitting, inspections, and compliance requirements.
Prepare and track Purchase Orders and Change Orders.
Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
Education
High school diploma; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management or a related field
