Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 3+ years in a similar construction admin role.
• Detail oriented, organized, and efficient.
• Excellent internal customer service.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• CMiC software knowledge is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in review and execution of contracts and vendor agreements.
• Interpret and document contractual liabilities and risk allocation.
• Support project start-up and close-out processes.
• Enter timecards for project personnel into CMiC weekly.
• Review vendor modifications to master purchase orders and subcontract agreements; draft responses.
• Review modified purchase orders and vendor instructions for compliance.
• Issue and maintain all purchase orders and ensure full execution.
• Process invoices; verify packing lists and resolve discrepancies with Project Manager and vendors.
• Enforce and track all insurance requirements.
• Coordinate returns and verify credits with PMs and vendors.
• Run daily, weekly and monthly project reports and manage project documents.
• Perform general admin duties: filing, scanning, and special projects.
