Job summary

Pierre Landscape is hiring a Project Assistant to support the Production Department under the Project Manager. This role blends administrative duties with occasional site visits, requiring strong organization and coordination across teams.

Responsibilities include field check-ins, reviewing Procore, documenting progress, and assisting with submittals, takeoffs, and reports. Training available for the right candidate in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, landscape architecture, or related field preferred.
• Willing to train the right candidate.
• In-office schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily check-ins with field crews on assigned jobs.
• Review Procore for completed documents and verify deliveries to job sites.
• Enter T&M tickets into Sage and assist with change orders.
• Prepare submittals and learn takeoffs for plan changes under PM guidance.
• Generate and maintain project documentation; run weekly/monthly reports.
• Collaborate with departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
