Qualifications

• Approximately 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong administrative follow-through and analytical ability.
• Comfortable addressing issues with project managers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project budget information and accurate cost coding.
• Track job costs and prepare budget-versus-actual reports.
• Identify budget discrepancies, overruns and coding issues; communicate findings to project managers.
• Support forecasting and regular project budget reviews.
• Maintain vendor information and follow up on documentation and submission requirements.
• Help construction teams follow established processes.
• Does not own project budgets or have authority to enforce spending discipline; project managers retain accountability.
